Essas condições, embora distintas, compartilham associações genéticas e biológicas complexas. Compreender como esses fatores se entrelaçam é crucial para melhorar o manejo dessas pacientes. Desenvolvimento: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura com abordagem qualitativa e descritiva. Foram pesquisadas bases como PubMed e SciELO com descritores \"Depression\" e \"Endometriosis\". Foram selecionados 192 artigos, dos últimos 5 anos, dos quais 4 atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Resultados são apresentados de forma descritiva após análise cuidadosa. Conclusão: Em conclusão, a análise dos estudos recentes sobre a relação entre endometriose e depressão destaca a influência de fatores genéticos, como a região DGKB rs12666606, e da dor crônica associada à endometriose. Além disso, alterações gástricas podem desempenhar um papel. A abordagem individualizada se mostra essencial para enfrentar essas complexas interações, visando atenuar a depressão e promover o bem-estar emocional das pacientes afetadas.\nReferences\nADEWUYI, E.O. et al.
