Most cases of diffused adenomyosis are correctly diagnosed by MRI or vaginal ultrasonography. However, some sub-types of adenomyotic lesions can disguise themselves or coincide with a diversity of clinical entities causing symptoms that don’t necessarily direct you to the ideal therapeutic decision.
