{"paper_id":"c9753e69-9b81-4ee0-9628-9602b90aad8e","body_text":"Zusammenfassung\nUnter einer Endometriose versteht man das Vorkommen von Endometrium oder endometriumähnlichem Gewebe außerhalb des Cavum uteri. Die Endometriose ist eine Erkrankung, die in der Regel nur Frauen im geschlechtsreifen Alter betrifft. Allerdings sind in der Literatur 4 Fälle von Männern beschrieben, die wegen eines Prostatakarzinoms mit hohen Dosen von Östrogenen behandelt wurden und unter dieser Hormontherapie eine Blasenendometriose entwickelten (Olikar u. Harns 1971; Pinkert et al.1979; Schrodt et al.1980). Je nach der Lokalisation kann man unterscheiden zwischen:\n-\neiner Endometriosis genitalis interna, beschränkt auf Uterus und Tuben,\n-\neiner Endometriosis genitalis externa, beschränkt auf die Organe des kleinen Beckens sowie\n-\neiner Endometriosis extragenitalis, die grundsätzlich im ganzen Körper vorkommen kann.\nPreview\nUnable to display preview.
