В експерименті взяли участь 23 статевозрілі нелінійні білі\nщури Rattus Norvegicus Wistar жіночої статі масою 170-200 г, які ще не народжували, віком 14-17 тижнів.\nУсі маніпуляції з тваринами виконано відповідно до рекомендацій Міжурядового\nкомітету з біоетики UNESCO (IGBC).\nРезультати. Розроблено та адаптовано для клінічних експериментальних\nдосліджень експериментальну модель ендометріозу на білих статевозрілих щурах.\nВисновки. Проведені дослідження засвідчують про життєздатність та\nфункціональну активність ектопічного ендометрію експериментальної моделі, що\nвказує на її валідність та можливість використання під час подальших досліджень.\nПосилання\n1.Giudice LC, Kao LC.
