{"paper_id":"b6d53284-e97e-43ee-847f-ba791dbbabc4","body_text":"Résumé\nLa prévalence de l’endométriose pelvienne tumorale sous péritonéale (EPTSP) est de 10 %. La localisation la plus fréquente intéresse la cloison recto-vaginale. La symptomatologie douloureuse n’est pas constante. Sa prévalence et son intensité sont probablement liées à la profondeur de l’infiltration de l’espace sous-péritonéal. L’examen clinique doit être réalisé de préférence pendant les règles et permet d’évoquer habituellement le diagnostic. La spécificité de l’IRM est excellente pour les localisations sur la cloison recto-vaginale et les utérosacrés. Elle est moins bonne en cas d’infiltration rectale et non encore validée pour les localisations urinaires. L’échoendosonographie anorectale a une excellente spécificité en cas d’atteinte digestive. Le traitement habituellement chirurgical et multidisciplinaire est guidé par le bilan paraclinique.\nPreview\nUnable to display preview.
