The rectosigmoid region is the most common site for intestinal endometriosis.\nWe report a case of 33-year-old woman who presented with features of acute intestinal obstruction of 2 days duration. She has had similar symptoms in the past which were managed conservatively. She was resuscitated, initially managed conservatively, and eventually had exploratory laparotomy with finding of a rectosigmoid mass and a histological diagnosis of endometriosis. The case was reported because of the rarity of endometriosis causing intestinal obstruction\nFiles\nWJARR-2025-1409.pdf\nFiles\n(651.4 kB)\n| Name | Size | Download all |\n|---|---|---|\n|\nmd5:4edb0c96e1976d14e33c6534059dd892\n|\n651.4 kB | Preview Download |","source_license":"CC0","license_restricted":false}
