From multiple-choice\nquestions 201 to 300 the questions are more clinicals oriented. In any medicine\nspecialty, there may be more than one approach to solving certain clinical problems.\nFor this book an explanation is occasionally required for the answer selection. The\nreader should bear in mind that the answer in a single-best answer (SBA) MCQ\nformat is the best option, however, not necessarily the only option.
