Evidence suggests that robotic-assisted surgery improves surgical precision, reduces blood loss, shortens hospital stays, and enhances patient satisfaction compared to traditional open surgery. However, challenges remain in terms of cost, training, accessibility, and long-term outcomes. Nursing professionals play a pivotal role in perioperative care, patient education, and postoperative recovery.
