We report a patient complained of labial mass. Endemetriosis was not firstly estimated up to the operation when seen chocolate-colored mass content and the definite diagnosis was endometriosis in the labium minus according to histological pathology report. The endometriosis on the vulva may be suspected when cystic mass enlarging at menses.
