She had a his−\ntory of a total hysterectomy for uterine pro−\nlapse at the age of\n38. At colonoscopy we found\na 3−cm−long tubular structure, with normal−ap−\npearing mucosa, in the cecum; histopathologi−\ncal examination showed colonic mucosa with\nmild inflammation.
