Salah satu komplikasi yang sering dikaitkan adalah infertilitas. Infertilitas memengaruhi sekitar 110 juta wanita di dunia dan meningkat sebesar 0,68% per tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara endometriosis dan infertilitas pada pasien di RSUD Dr. Moewardi.\nMetode: Penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional ini dilakukan pada 17–19 Juni 2025. Subjek adalah wanita usia reproduktif (20–45 tahun) yang telah menikah, terdiagnosis endometriosis melalui histopatologi, dan memiliki rekam medis lengkap. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling sebanyak 50 pasien. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dan perhitungan odds ratio.\nHasil: Sebanyak 20 pasien (40%) terdiagnosis endometriosis dan 30 pasien (60%) tidak. Terdapat 30 pasien (60%) mengalami infertilitas dan 20 pasien (40%) tidak. Uji chi-square menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara endometriosis dan infertilitas (p = 0,077; OR = 3,00; CI 95%: 0,869–10,363). Analisis karakteristik menunjukkan usia memiliki perbedaan signifikan yang mungkin menjadi faktor perancu\nKesimpulan: Tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara endometriosis dan infertilitas di RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Namun secara klinis, terdapat kecenderungan pasien dengan endometriosis memiliki risiko tiga kali lebih besar mengalami infertilitas dibandingkan pasien tanpa endometriosis.\nReferences\nAl-Lami, R.
