Department of Pathology, University of Patras, Medical School, Rion, Greece\nDescription\nSynchronous primary cancers of the endometrium and ovary are relatively uncommon in general population. The patient, a 49-year-old postmenopausal Greek woman presented with abdominal pain and pelvic mass. She underwent total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, total omentectomy, appendectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection. The histopathology revealed synchronous primary cancers of the endometrium and right ovary. She underwent postoperative chemotherapy.
