{"paper_id":"78598fb9-c76f-426b-a582-eaa866edb1a4","body_text":"Abstract\nThis chapter deals primarily with a variety of nonneoplastic and neoplastic lesions that are characterized by müllerian differentiation on histologic examination but a distribution that is predominantly external to structures derived from the miillerian ducts. These lesions typically occur in the pelvis and lower abdomen, involving the peritoneum, the subjacent tissues (including retroperitoneum), and lymph nodes.
