{"paper_id":"73c5473d-5535-4491-972c-8f0a9c0b360f","body_text":"Zusammenfassung\nNeben der kontrollierten, rechtzeitigen und indizierten Präzisionschirurgie ist die medikamentöse Therapie der Endometriose, insbesondere auch als Langzeittherapie, von besonderer Bedeutung. Die Behandlung sollte möglichst zielgenau und nebenwirkungsarm sein. Es gibt inzwischen eine Vielzahl von Strategien, um der Patientin Linderung zu verschaffen, jedoch ist bei einer steroidhormonabhängigen Erkrankung die Hormontherapie die Therapie der Wahl. Die wichtigen Pharmaka, wie die oralen Kontrazeptiva, die Gestagene und die neuen oralen GnRH(„gonadotropin-releasing hormone“)-Antagonisten, stehen hier im Vordergrund und sollen deshalb auf Basis der aktuellen Studienlage detailliert dargestellt werden.\nAbstract\nIn addition to the controlled, timely and indicated precision surgery, the medicinal treatment of endometriosis, particularly also as long-term treatment, is of utmost importance. The treatment should be as acurately targeted as possible and with few side effects. In the meantime, there are many strategies to achieve relief for patients, but hormonal therapy is the treatment of choice in the case of steroid hormone-dependent disease.
