The initial clinical results from the endometriosis were very effective. All procedures were done under video control with CCD camera.\nUsing 10 to 15 watts of power from KTP, a linear incision was made in the ovarian capsule and wall. After evacuation of bloody contents, the cyst wall was removed.\nFilmy peritubular and periovarian adhesions were easily vaporized with KTP laser. With more dense, vascular adhesions, the injury of adjacent tissue was minimized by KTP/552 laser system.\nThe excision of uterosacral ligaments has been used as a treatment of dysmenorrhea.
