Эта количественная мера, учитывая ее постепенное снижение с течением времени и ее невосполнимость, может быть предполагаемым маркером для предсказания окончательного истощения запасов яичников: постменопаузы. Во введении обобщаются современные знания о значении уровня АМГ в сыворотке в прогнозирование возраста нормальной менопаузы.
