Purpose of the study: to compare various modern treatment methods to identify the most effective way to overcome infertility due to endometriosis. Materials and methods: The study included 100 women with infertility due to endometriosis, divided into two groups according to the method of treatment. Results: the use of drug treatment and stimulation of ovulation in group A was 48% effective, and when combined with a surgical method and repeated stimulation, the effectiveness increased by another 16%. In group B, the effectiveness was 52%.
