Faktor pertumbuhan\nberperan selama folliculogenesis. Moringa oleifera kaya akan flavonoid. Kuercetin dan\nkaempferol adalah flavonoid, senyawa dengan gugus hidroksil fenolik dengan aksi\nantioksidan yang memiliki kegunaan potensial terapeutik. Penelitian ini untuk\nmembuktikan adanya pengaruh pemberian ekstrak etanol daun kelor (Moringa oleifera\nLam) terhadap folikulogenesis pada mencit (Mus musculus) model endometriosis.\nMetode penelitian menggunakan mencit (Mus musculus) 20-25g yang dibagi menjadi dua\nkelompok, yaitu kelompok kontrol endometriosis dan kelompok perlakuan diberi ekstrak\netanol daun kelor 0,35 mg/gBB selama 14 hari. Jaringan ovarium dilakukan pemeriksaan\nhistopatologi dengan pengecatan hematoxylin-eosin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan\nterdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (Ï<0,05) jumlah folikel primer, jumlah folikel\nsekunder, jumlah folikel tersier, jumlah folikel de graaf pada kelompok kontrol dan\nkelompok perlakuan.
