JNK Bands Error: During the image preparation process, the\np-p38 (phosphorylated p38) band was mistakenly labeled as\nJNK. This mislabeling led to the incorrect representation of\nthe displayed band, potentially causing confusion in data\ninterpretation. The authors have corrected this by replacing\nthe mislabeled band with the appropriate JNK band images\nthat accurately correspond to the p-JNK band images.\n2. Statistical Chart Discrepancy: A discrepancy was identi ﬁed\nbetween the statistical chart and the gel images in Figure\n6B, which arose from an oversight during ﬁgures prepara-\ntion. The authors have recalculated the grayscale values\nfrom the gel images and conducted a new quantitative\nanalysis. The revised statistical data has been incorporated\ninto the updated ﬁgure.\nThese corrections do not alter the results or conclusions of this\nstudy. Western blot images showed that after\ntreatment with recombinant protein IL-33, the ratio of phosphory-\nlated modi ﬁed JNK (p-JNK) to total JNK protein in eESCs was\ndownregulated and the ratio of phosphorylated p38 (p-p38) to\ntotal p38 protein is downregulated.
