{"paper_id":"3fb7ab8d-7d5d-4c22-bb2d-06b68dbc62a3","body_text":"xix \n \nABSTRAK \nPengaruh Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO)  TerhadapEkspresi  \nHypoxia Induced Factor-1 Alpha (HIF-1 Alpha),  Vascular Endothelial Growth \nFactor (VEGF)dan Luas Jaringan Endometriotik Pada  \nMencit Model Endometriosis \n \nLatar Belakang: Hipoksia pada endometriosis akan meningkatkan ekspresi Hypoxia \nInducible Factor -1 alpha (HIF-1alpha) selanjutnya meningkatkan ekspresi Vascular \nEndothelial Growth F actor(VEGF).Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) dapat menurunkan \nekspresi HIF-1alpha karena meningkatkan ubiquitinisasi HIF-1alpha.Inilah peluang bagi  \nHBO agar dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu modalitas pendukung pengobatan \nendometriosis. \nTujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh perbedaan dosis HBO 2,4 ATA 3x30 menit perhari \nselama 10 hari dan 2,4 ATA 90 menit perhari  selama 10 hari terhadap ekspresi HIF -1 \nalpha,VEGF dan luas jaringan endometriotik pada mencit model endometriosis. \nMetode: Desain penelitian ini adalah eksperimental laboratorium dengan rancangan \npost test only control design  yang dilakukan dengan beberap a tahap yaitu pemodelan \nendometriosis,perlakuan hiperbarik,dan pengumpulan data.Selanjutnya data diuji \nnormalitas dengan Kolmogorov smirnov dan homogenisitas dengan uji Levene.Bila data \nberdistribusi normal dan homogen,uji komparasi antar kelompok  variabe l penelitian \ndiuji dengan Annova yang dilanjutkan dengan uji post hock LSD .Bila data berdistribusi \nnormal dan tidak homogen maka perbedaan rerata diuji dengan Brown forshyte yang \ndilanjutkan dengan  uji post hock  dengan menggunakan uji Games Howell .Analisis \nhubungan antara variabel penelitian dilakukan dengan uji regresi linear. \nHasil: Ekspresi HIF -1alpha d\nijumpai perbedaan bermakna pada kelompok HBO 2.4 \nATA 3x30 menit/hari.Ekspresi VEGF dijumpai perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok \nkontrol dengan kelompok HBO 2.4 ATA 3x30 menit/hari.Luas jaringan endometriotik \ndijumpai perbedaan bermakna pada kelompok HBO 2.4 ATA 3x30 menit/hari. \nKesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan kuat antara penurunan ekspresi HI F-1alpha dengan \nekspresi VEGF.Penurunan ekspresi HIF -1alpha merupakan faktor yang memperantarai \npenurunan luas jaringan endometriosis akibat pemberian HBO 2,4 ATA 3x30 menit \nperhari selama sepuluh hari. \nKeywords: Hypoxia, Endometriosis, Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO), Hypoxia Inducible \nFactor-1\n alpha(HIF-1alpha),Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF). \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nADLN - PERPUSTAKAAN UNIVERSITAS AIRLANGGA\nTESIS CUT MUSTIKAPENGARUH HYPERBARIC OXYGEN...\n\nxx \n \nABSTRACT \n \nEffect of Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) to Expression of Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1 \nAlpha (HIF-1alpha),Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) and  \nEndometriotic Tissue Size in  Mice ModelEndometriosis \n \n \nIntroduction: Hypoxia in endometriosis will increase the expression of Hypoxia \nInducible Factor-1alpha (HIF-1alpha), which leads to increased expression of Vascular \nEndothelial Growth Factor (VEGF).Hyperbaric Oxygen(HBO) can decrease the \nexpression of HIF-1alpha because will improve ubiquitinisasi HIF-1alpha. This an \nopportunity for HBO to be used as one modality that supports the treatment of \nendometriosis. \nAims: To analyze the effect  of HBO dose   difference between dose 2.4 ATA HBO \n3x30 minutes per day for 10 days and dose 2.4 ATA 90 minutes per day for 10 days in \nexpression of HIF - 1 alpha, VEGF and size endometriotic tissue on mice model of \nendometriosis. \nMethode: This study was an experimental laboratory with post test only control design \nconducted with several stages of modeling endometriosis , hyperbaric treatment , and \ncollection of data. All data tested with Kolmogorov Smirnov analize normality and test \nLevene analize homogenous.Data homogeneous with normal distribution, comparison \ntest between groups of variables were tested with One way Annova followed by post \nhock test LSD.Data with normal distribution but not homogeneous, the difference tested \nwith Brown forshyte followed by post hock test by using test Games Howell.Analisis \nrelationship among variables was performed by test linear regression.\n \nResults: The expression of HIF-1alpha found significant differences in groups HBO 2.4 \nATA 3x30 minutes / day.The expression of VEGF found significant differences between \nthe control group and 2.4 ATA HBO group 3x30 minutes / day.Size of e ndometriotic \ntissue found significant differences in groups HBO 2.4 ATA 3x30 minutes / day. \nConclusion: There is a strong correlation between the decrease in the expression of \nHIF- 1alpha with  expression VEGF.
