Different studies have demonstrated a lower rate of clinical pregnancy, a higher miscarriage rate, and an increased risk of preterm delivery, preeclampsia, small for gestational age (SGA), fetal malpresentation, C-section rate, and postpartum hemorrhage (PPH).
