We updated the #Enzian score with a overview presentation of Urogenital Endometriosis,detailed ureter subclassification and developed a web-based tool for intuitive documentation.\nMethods: We revised the #Enzian scoring system to include a novel ureter subclassification, dividing the ureteral endometriosis into intrinsic and extrinsic endometriosis, while further subdividing ureteral endometriosis into type I-IV. This advancement aids urologists in precise lesion characterization, facilitating tailored therapeutic approaches. Concurrently, we developed an interactive, user-friendly web-based platform enabling real-time documentation of the revised #Enzian score. The Web-Tool has been successfully tested.\nResults: Incorporating ureter subclassification into the #Enzian score has significantly improved the accuracy of endometriosis staging. The web-based tool has demonstrated substantial benefits in clinical practice, enhancing the efficiency and precision of endometriosis documentation.\nConclusion: Urology plays a pivotal role in the multidisciplinary management of endometriosis, particularly with the disease's impact on the urinary system. The enhanced #Enzian score and the new web-based documentation tool represent significant advances in the field, fostering improved diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, and interprofessional collaboration.
