The implementation monitors electromagnetic flux (particularly, X-ray flux) to pinpoint phases of SPE evolution and possibly predict the oncoming particles tens of minutes beforehand. This approach utilizes statistical methods to provide an algorithm that describes X-ray change vs. time dependency. The implementation is mounted for evaluation in the Russian Segment of China-Russia Consortium - a Global Space Weather Center. As solar maximum is approaching we expect the method to show it's potention in this cycle.
