The technical team is currently restoring the system, reviewing and strengthening its security, and performing a major platform upgrade from OJS 2 to OJS 3 to provide a safer, more stable, and more reliable service.\nThe migration is still in progress and requires additional time to complete. After the migration, the technical team must also verify the migrated data, review journal settings, test article and file access, check user accounts, and confirm that the website functions correctly before reopening it to the public.\nThe migration and post-migration website checks are still ongoing. The technical team is continuing the upgrade to a stable and updated OJS 3 version, data validation, system testing, security checks, and final website verification before the platform can be reopened safely. Due to the large amount of journal data, this process requires additional time to ensure that all migrated records, files, users, and journal pages are properly checked.\nThe process has not yet been completed.
