This study compared PA, sedentary behavior (SED), and psychosocial variables in women with and without endometriosis. Women with endometriosis reported lower specific SED, poorer quality of life (QoL), greater kinesiophobia, more health-related barriers, lower physical self-concept, and negative PA-related stereotypes (beliefs or perceptions). PA was most related to previous behavior (PA frequency over the past 3 months) and intention, and specifically in endometriosis, with self-efficacy, perceived control, physical self-concept, health barriers, and kinesiophobia. SED was linked to treatment-related stereotypes and, in endometriosis, to physical QoL. Findings highlight the importance of motivational and self-concept–related variables, which could be targeted to support engagement in PA for symptom management and improved QoL in women with endometriosis.\nMetrics\nReferences\nAllaire, C., Bedaiwy, M.
