{"paper_id":"23d79a20-143b-4725-8f02-6a230718c8fa","body_text":"Abstract #3029\nYuan Jiang1, Xin Li1, Jianxiu Lian2, Wei Li1, and Naishan Qin1\n1Peking University First Hospital, Beijing, China, 2Philips Healthcare, Beijing, China\nKeywords: Uterus, IVIM\nMotivation: The of embryo frozen-thawed transfer with GnRH-a pretreatment of adenomyosis-associated infertile patients are still controversial, despite its significance in clinical practice.\nGoal(s): To assess the predictive capability of intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion‐weighted (IVIM) imaging before transferring embryos in identifying adenomyosis-associated infertile patients’ outcome.\nApproach: IVIM-DWI of 19 adenomyosis-associated infertile patients who underwent GnRH-a pretreatment and frozen-thawed embryo transfers were obtained.ADC, D，D* and f of adenomyosis could be calculated.\nResults: ADC in pregnancy group is significantly higher than that in non-pregnancy group (p =0.021)，but remain no significant difference.\nImpact: The DWI of adenomyosis before transferring embryos may have the potential capability to predict the pregnancy outcome of adenomyosis-associated infertile patients pretreated by GnRH-a before transferring frozen-thawed embryos, which need further study.\nHow to access this content:\nFor one year after publication, abstracts and videos are only open to registrants of this annual meeting.
