The primary human endometriotic stromal cells were treated with IL-6 (50 ng/mL), IGF-I (50 ng/mL), IL-1β (50 ng/mL), TNF-α (50 ng/mL), and TGF-βI (1 ng/mL) for 24 hours. (B) The relative transcriptional levels of OCT4, SNAIL, and N-CADHERIN (N-CAD) in the RL95-2, HEC1A, and primary endometriotic stroma cells under TGF-β treatment (0, 0, 05, 0.1, 0.5, 1, and 5 ng/mL) were determined using quantitative real-time PCR.
