She had a 6-month history of urinary tract symptoms, such as pain and urgency at micturition during menstruation. A MRI showed an irregular, 1.5-cm mass in the posterior wall of the bladder. She underwent a combined transurethral and laparoscopic partial cystectomy. Histopathologic examination confirmed bladder endometriosis. She remains symptom-free 9 months after resection of the bladder endometriosis. Considering the successful outcome, conservative laparoscopic surgery appears to be an effective method with a less invasive approach in the treatment of bladder endometriosis.\nWe report a case of bladder endometriosis in a 32-year-old woman who was successfully treated by laparoscopic surgery.
