Due to the stress caused by infertility and pain, endometriosis interferes with quality of life by negatively impacting social, sexual and professional aspects. The disease has been shown to be associated with depression, anxiety, high trait anxiety and high levels of stress. This section explores the effects of endometriosis and treatment on quality of life.\nAccess this chapter\nTax calculation will be finalised at checkout\nPurchases are for personal use only\nSimilar content being viewed by others\nReferences\nFritzer, N., Tammaa, A., Salzer, H., & Hudelist, G.
