Although increased incidences of preterm birth, placenta previa, premature placental abruption, gestational hypertension, and peripartum hysterectomy have been reported, the issue of what recommendations for mode of delivery can be offered in patients with deeply infiltrating endometriosis in the pelvis has not been clearly answered.
